Polivac Series Surgical Suction Units
GENERALS FEATURES
Built in accordance with the latest International Standards IEC 60601-1 and EN 10079-1 and the EC Certificates, the series of suction units POLIVAC B4/SLT, POLIVAC B4/SLTEXP, SUPERSUCTION allow the final user to meet all his needs.
All the models, characterized by a big power suction pumps and high suction speed, are very quiet. They have many common characteristics, but different suction group and standard accessories. The SUPERSUCTION series is the most complete one.
POLIVAC B4/SLT 30 2
It is the basic model of the series. It is suitable for the operating theatre and other medical suction interventions. Its technical characteristics are as follows:
– Class IEC/CEI 60601-1: I BF.
– EC Certificate 93/42: EC 0051.
– Usage for unlimited time / Noise: less than 50 db.
– Power supply / Absorption: 230V – one phase, 50Hz/ 250VA
– Rotary oil bath pump-unit (max vacuum 730 mmHg “0,96 atm, 0,96 bar”, flow rate 50lt/min, engine: from 1/3 of HP).
– Painted metal case and antistatic wheels, two with castors.
– Two bottles of 4 lt. made of unbreakable and autoclavable polycarbonate, with internal over-flow devices, and a quick system for the aspiration changing between bottles; silicone autoclavable tubing (Ø mm 7×12).
– Vacuum regulator and vacuum check device (0-76 cm/Hg).
– Main switch and pedal switch (pneumatic, very safe, water-proof, anti-explosion).
– Dimensions (width/depth/height), weight: cm 40x35x75 Kg 24.

POLIVAC B4/SLT 30 1
It is the same as model POLIVAC B4/SLT 30 2, but with 1 bottle 4 lt. only.
POLIVAC B4/SLT 30 2-EXP
It is the basic model of the series. It is suitable for the operating theatre and other medical suction interventions. Its technical characteristics are as follows:

It is the same as model POLIVAC B4/SLT30 2, but with a shelf (cm 40 x 40) for another unit and a special space for the accessories.

POLIVAC B4/SLT 30 1-EXP
It is the same as model POLIVAC B4/SLT 30 2EXP, but with 1 bottle of 4 lt. only.
POLIVAC B4/SLT 30 P-EXP
It is the portable model of the series. It is suitable for the operating theatre and other medical suction interventions. Its technical characteristics are as follows:
– Class IEC/CEI 60601-1: I BF.
– EC Certificate 93/42: EC 0051.
– Usage for unlimited time / Noise: less than 50 db.
– Power supply / Absorption: 230V – one phase, 50Hz / 400VA.
– Piston main suction-group, maintenance free (max vacuum 700 mmHg “0,9 atm, 0,90 bar”, flow rate 70 lt./min, engine: from 1/2 of HP).
– Painted metal case, handle and seat for bottles, which is already set for the usage of disposable bottles of diam. from 9 to 13 cm.

It is the most complete model of the series for the operating theatre; it is equipped with two independent suction-groups: the main one and the anesthesia one. Its technical characteristics are as follows:

– Usage for unlimited time / Noise: less than 50 db.
– Power supply / Absorption: 230V – one phase, 50Hz / 450VA

– Piston anaesthesia suction-group, maintenance free (max vacuum 700 mmHg “0,9 atm, 0,96 bar”, flow rate 30 lt./min, engine: from 1/5 of HP).
– Painted metal case, with antistatic wheels, two with castors.
– Two bottles of 4 lt. for the main suction-group, with quick system for the aspiration changing between bottles; one bottle of 1 lt. for the anaesthesia group. All the bottles are made of unbreakable and autoclavable polycarbonate, with internal over-flow devices. Silicone autoclavable tubing (Ø mm 7×12).
